As mentioned, there will be 6 Emcee's Per Group. The Groups will be as follows : Legendary Professional Semi-Professional Amateur Novice If this become so popular we need more groups, I will revise the names. At this time, there will be a first come first served basis. As the seasons progress, you will find yourself in groups more suited to you, due to relegations and promotions. Please read the Rules. Entrants :
NOTE : The Sign ups for Season 1 will close Sunday 21st June @ 00:00. The Battles will be drawn, and created on Sunday 21st June, with the first round due Saturday 27th June. Some leagues may have less than 6 members. If this is the case, there will be no relegations from that division, but promotions will still happen. -------------  I'm so fucking intelligent, half the time I don't even know what I'm saying... |

Good job guys, thats 11 participants thus far. Make sure you read the rules, (Stickied in the forum) - and especially the section on No-Shows. If, like SP suggests, this does begin to count on your official battle record, you could get 5 N's for negligence.

¿How about if no-shows are added to the League scores after the deadline... but battlers have an extra week or so after the official League deadline to finish the battle normally in the Battle Fields with site rules...? So Members could get five Ns in the League rankings... but some of those Ns would not count in the overall battle rankings if both Members have not posted or if the battle is still going to take place after the League deadline... We could try that, but its a lot of extra work. I'm not entirely sure Scotty will say yes to the battle ranks just yet, because we're having 2 "unofficial" seasons of this to see how well it works. this HAS to be counted towards the regular Wins and Losses.. half the people that signed up for this i NEVER see voting.. or let alone even battling.. which is odd?! however yeah, hopefully there will be a voting system in this league that will prove to be effective and not where battles are dragged on for weeks upon weeks and battlers lose interest

Perhaps because recently the site, in my opinion, has been in a bit of a lull. I mean even the tag tourney kind of peetered out in a kind of pathetic way rather than being a fiercely competative contest. But now a few new members have been quite enthusiastic, and now (if people are like me) it's exciting that we're finally having a league, an obvious way of showing peoples places and positions as far as talent on the site, past knocking off battles with who ever isn't busy for 20 minutes, just to add another W to a battle record which doesn't matter loads unless you get in to the HOF. Voting will always be a problem. Me personally, i've been ill and had loads of exams recently. So i've used the site as a vent of stuff in my head and that when i have a chance, but with how i'm feeling at the moment, bar a couple of votes, can i be arsed to read through battle upon battle and give a typed up opinion.. i feel you.. everyone goes through it sometimes... but its just odd its everyone doing it at the same time
and this league is a great idea because for people like me who just joined the site.. how am i supposed to climb battle ranking whens Orion ( a guy i never even saw or spoke too) is at like the score of 90 or some shit.. and doesnt battle nomore
im interested to see who the top ACTIVE battlers are.. and IMO this is an excellent way to find out

People will vote. Only 3 votes needed really per battle. If people don't vote, they will be kicked out of the league.
