This is for y'all to post the bullshit one verse or unfinished tracks in instead of making our audio look weak in Audio Mic. Before you post a final version, do what you've been doign so far on LA but instead of posting in AUdio Mic, post here. Then we can all give feed and give each other a chance to re-work things before I do the final mixing and mastering and send it you to post in Audio Mic. Respect this thread, constructive criticism only, you don't have to be nice, but you can't be insulting or negative. If you continue to spam audio mic I will bitchslap you silly ;) Seriously though, it's time we showed the text wankers that what we do is legitimately better. no more rushed tracks and rushed tapes. leave that to people who aren't part of our crew. We have much higher standards.

I'd say you could do with a bit more warmth/presence in your voice, maybe some parallel compression for the kick and snare when you go punch in the "condos" hook. I'd also make that a lot more epic in the mastering stage. Send me the final mix and I'll do you 2 masters, the "commercial" master, and then the "tig special" me being a creative producer. I think you'll like both ;) |

I certainly wouldn't mind putting together a track for ya bro... Whenever... just say the words and it's done... appreciate the willingness to master it too... I'm actually dragging my feet on mixing this tbh... it's way too many concepts in my head right now that I'm tryna at very least get them fully realized and concrete before I get to the technical stuff... I haven't so much as panned the instruments lol Btw while I have your attention, I'd be extremely pleased if I could get a 1v1 session about mixing my vocals... I have a few djs that have been hounding me for music to add to their rotation but I don't want to send them anything that isn't on part quality wise with everything else on the radio... -------------

Dude, that bass is beyond amazing. I love the dynamics in your tracks. None of this maximised/over compressed shit. It needs way more space. (i've listened to this like 30 times now btw.) reverb, stereo width, whatever, those instruments need to breath. I'm itching to master this so get mixing for real! Yea, I do make a lil bit of money selling beats but mostly I produce for myself to save myself from spending money... As SS said tho, I will be producing for all of you in the group along side him... Forget that last shit yall thought was hot, THIS SHIT RIGHT HERE MY NIGGA!!!!!!!!!!! 2 things I would say as criticism, the verb on the hook seems a bit heavy... and the bridge/outro... split it in half and record both seperately, can tell that you had to rush the first part, i.e. when u said the searching for myself the first time around it didn't drag out like it did through out the track... out side of that tho.... Awesome track guys! H4ze, the flow was dope and you totally rode on the beat man! The content and the rhymes were great too. This right here is a dope collab. SS, man I had never heard you sing before. This hook was perfect for the song, it went in sync with the beat and conveyed the right kind of emotions that the song was about. Well Dal said to try recording the final hook separately and while that would sound great, I think this one provides the humanizing effect. Something which you guys talked to me about in my thread. Aight ash you know I got you. First off, huge improvement on your flow. Obviously not perfect but it was consistent through nearly the whole track. You sounded much more comfortable on this and came off as if you controlled the beat, rather than it controlling you. Content was decent, I didn't have any trouble understanding what you said so thats a good improvement over your older tracks. Mixing was a bit better, I don't remember what you said you're using to record and mix with but it's still got the sound like its recorded on a phone with the beat in the background of course that might be exactly what you're doing lol. You definitely did better with the breath control, keep working on that it's super helpful once you get good at it. Now the hook, I like it and I think it fits, but I do have to keep it 100 with you. You sound like you do have a decent singing voice if you can practice it more. The first line, you sound good, and on key, but as the hook goes on, your voice loses pitch and goes off key and really distracts me from the beat. Do some studying on how to stay in key with the beat, and how to hold your pitch and the key you're singing in throughout the lines you are singing and you will do much better. Keep working at it I think you have somethin there and it was a nice change of pace to hear you singing a hook rather than rapping it. Overall, I definitely think this was a step up, not sure if you shouted me out or not lol i heard the word mission used a few times in different ways but nice work anyway ;), I'll let Dal or SS get to the nitty gritty critique stay up Ash!

Ok... Feed for Ash... Firstly, I thought the beat choice was nice... Real grime style trap beats are one of my favorites... secondly, the flow was massively improved... content was ok, at times it was still hard to understand what you were saying but you've come a long way in terms of that so props... flow was massively improved, can't say that enough... I liked the simplicity of the hook too... with a better redention of it, sum harmonies and proper mixing it could be dope... My main issue with this outside of the roughness of it is the structure tho... you have to learn to format your songs better... I can't recall off top but in many situations you can use the beat to cheat... many a beat maker will have the tracks structured in a way where if u listen you can see where the hook goes, verse goes, bridge if any goes... I would usually say to hell with it seeing as my creativity makes me completely ignore structure at times but I think u would benefit from knowing how to properly write a song before creating your own structures... what I would recommend is listening to the beat before u start writing a d trying to break it down into a structure and then writing based on that... maybe start by creating a hook and going from there to the writing the verses -------------
