10 Facts About Elite’s “Seraphim”

1. Elite began work on a new project, which would become “Seraphim“, the day “Timoa” was released.

2. Elite wants to drop the album at the end of June to give people an album to listen to for the summer.

3. The original title for the album was “Through the Eyes of Eden“, but Elite did not have a story behind it and found trouble trying to work in a character of Eden with the material he had already completed for the
album.

4. The third single “Corinthians” was originally titled “Cherry Road FRVR”

5. Elite left giant instrumental holes in “Corinthians” because he looks at them as sections to close his eyes and vibe with the drums and bass, helping him relax while listening.

6. The album was originally supposed to feature a track titled “JUNGLE CITY DIAMONDS” featuring UT (H4ZE and Red-B), but it never came to fruition.

7. Two more singles for the album will be released after the album has been dropped.

8. The album cover displays a princess holding a sword in the sky. It bears no meaning to the project in the slightest and represents nothing, Elite just thought it looked cool.

9. The name “Seraphim” is a plural for the word “Seraph“. “Seraph” is an angelic being which represents purity, which made Elite choose it because he wanted the album to represent purity in the sense of a new beginning for his music. He also was beat searching on YouTube and found a beat named “Seraphim” and thought it looked like an album-worthy name.

10. Elite will be dropping the album on Spotify but will also make it available for streaming on SoundCloud on June 24th, 2016.
