LA MMX: Text Tourny - discussion

Ok, as there is a lot of old, and a lot of new, 16 simply wont be enough this tourney. So I'm thinking we start out looking for 32 members. If say, 25 sign up, then 8 will get a bye to the next round, based on an "out of the hat" draw.

The rules will be as follows. (This is what the discussion is for, btw. If you don't like something, or think it should be different, we change it here.)

Also, would you like this done as a random draw each round, or a tree, like a tennis tournament.

Nah Sass, I mean, in like Tennis tournaments or any kinda of competition that has the tree things they're organize by seedings. For instance you won't have the 2 top seeds on the same side, one will be on the left, the other will be on the right sort of thing. I'm sure Nep knows what I mean and im not actually suggesting we do seeding it's just that's how that system usually works.

The only problem with seedings is it's just another reason for people to complain lol

They can complain.. It's easy enough to work out really (technically it's what the rankings are for) - THOUGH we can take activeness into account ect.

But what im sayin is....its gonna be Pre-Written anyway if you Gotta Week to Write it

In my experience random draws are better, cuz even if you know who ya battle..people will still take there sweet ass time...but it don't matter it should be good
