When your posting a YouTube video, you can embed it into your posts by doing the following:

[*TUBE]Everything after the = here[/TUBE*]
(Remove the * for it to work)

say your link is:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQaMSOVBSH0

Simply enter the part in Red into the code above, like so:

[*TUBE]JQaMSOVBSH0[/TUBE*]

(Again: remove the * for it to work)

And you end up with:
Great and Glorious Supreme Presidential Leader of the People's Democratic Republic of LA
