Seed it, tree it, three-day max.

The best prior tournaments on here for activity and battles were seeeded (Raw Tactics, Lyrical Warfare). In fairness, LMS was also iLL and that was unseeded (but it was a tree, if I'm rememberin' right). Just got lucky the draw worked out well. And the time limit... to me it'd be best to give it a day, two max, but I know a lot of people write differently, so I think to account for everyone, three days is fine. If you can't make it in three days then you're either an abysmally slow writer, without home internet access or a ducking little female

I think I'll tree it, random draw, and 3 day max. The reason why I wont seed it, is because the text rankings won't give a fair seed of the more active battlers. It would just become a fuckbuggery of a thing to do.

So yeah, also, having the tree, means people that might not be around, can pre-empt verses against oppo's.

16 isn't enough, 32 is too many. Which is why the tree will work best. In this case, seeding would be great, because the top seeds would get a bye, however, in the case of fairness, I'll fill up as many spots, put them into a hat, and fill out the remaining spaces with "bye" in the hat, and so people getting a bye will be randomly drawn.

With all the vets saying yes to this, the regular members, and the new wave up for it, I think 20-24 battlers will sign up. Yeah, there will be no shows, but that doesn't really matter, if we have a tree, and stick to the 3 day time limit.

First round, 2-0 KO, first to 3, 8 lines

16 -- 3-0 KO, first to 3, 8 lines

Quarters -- 3-0 KO, first to 4, 16 lines

Semis -- 4-0 KO, first to 4, 16 lines

Finals -- 5-0 KO, first to 5, 24 lines

To be honest, the votes thing kind of depends on how the voting will be vetted, because, as ever, there are retards and ryders crawling all over the place
