Concrete

listen Mr Cheesy, I'm dissing ya steezy fo shizzle my neezy
nick of a beast? please, Dizzle meets me means THIS'LL be easy!
wishing appeasement, thus you brown-nose like no other can
guess everything is RELATIVE huh? calling anyone ya brothaman!
don't even bother man, cos a filthy underdog better stay down
and you always bitch aimlessly - like a goddamned strayhound!
fuck that lame frown, crying gets you dishonured from the set
IT-Security is your job? then stop being so volnurable on the net!

"engraving my name into their anus's " - one of your last quotes
meaning this crackpot mascot has hopes.. of impressing assholes?
and so, Scott transformed you into a lil' troll to compell the rules
he quelled a fool, funny how a dyslexic could put a SPELL on you!
to hell with you! fucking dumb twat, now you're sobbing for what?
mods told us "don't feed trolls" so you just started GOBLIN' on cocks!
your coffin is locked - the next tournament perhaps you should try
cos in this one you couldn't make the first HEAT - WAVE it goodbye!

DaDizzle

You committing syn'z aint gonna save ya from this pounding
like paul walker toying around on concretes playground n
You a delinquent twit n drop Om's three times a year
Got made when Sal dropped some truth then ya disappeared
Your diss on Dal was ok and i give you props on it
Problem is the only feed was from me that ya got from it
You're weak son, look at the pussies that you have battled
Ashley, Brimstone n Packed? Being 24-6 doesn't leave me baffled
Take shots at big dogs little man n see what'll happen to your stats
You rather battle ASH while she's on her rag then ta battle a text champ
You whack kid, you aint gifted n ya only getting coal from santa
I wouldn't be surprised if this Hoe wasn't just another account from Tamfa
You seeding higher than me just makes it more fun murdering you
Ill leave ya gassed up n choking on hot shit like im burning a Jew
Keep your ass in Norway and Stay the fuck away from Finland n Denmark
You write like shit and everytime you battled a Vet n you missed the Mark

Concrete, I'm a fan of the multi at the start of each bar that connects from the last, it helps the flow and brings the verse together. It's been a while since I've seen some bars that have had me going "damn!" And you had two that I really thought were fire. That vulnerable on the net line was just pure filth! Jeez, that was a harrrrd shit. And I also loved the SPELL line, that was dope. You keep producing this sort of standard and I make you one of the favourites to win this, first round in the back, you should take a KO win here.

DaDizzle, clean verse, well polished, but the content lacked sting. Word of advice, don't give props to your opponent in a battle. Ever. For anything. Ever. Just don't do it, it's a waste of a line that could and should be a diss to your opponent. I didn't think too much of any of the punchlines in the verse, the burning a Jew line is played unless you make it specific to him, the Tamfa line could be said to anybody, nothing wrong with beating Ashley, Brimstone and Packed, if they accept battle callouts then they accept them, it's not a personal to say he beat them. Saying Ash on her rag is just a weak line, she isn't part of this battle, focus on your opponent. The more you focus on dissing your opponent the better your lines will become. Try nameplays for personals. You were outclassed here. Concrete was always going to be a tough draw.

Winner: concrete, he eases through, can't wait to see his verses in this tournament. Better punchlines, flow, multiracial and metaphors. The vulnerable on the net line was sick.

Concrete - that was basically dope as fuck, really loved the variety you brought here...good plays, direct hits, general mocking / derogatory tone, really on point disses (which is often the forgotten component)...I thought this was really a text book way to drop a battle verse....really liked the Goblin line, kinds thing that seems obvious when you read it but I'd never made that connection...assholes, It security, bitch aimlessly, it was all dope...only thing I'd really say is you didn't have anything that made me go "ohhhhhhhh", like sometimes you'll read a verse and be like "shit this is over" with one punchline...so while it was all quality, I'd really like to see you go all out and land that knock out blow. Obviously, the opportunity isn't always there but just something to be aware of. Dope verse.

Dizzle - immediate thought when reading this was "clean verse, not a great deal of impact" and I see Art has basically said exactly the same thing to open his feedback...I think part of the issue is we've just read a strong verse from a Concrete so in comparison yours instantly looks weaker in terms of what you're landing, there's no doubt you had a tough draw, but I think you could've done some better research on him...it felt like you've just read a couple of his posts and then bundled that together with general knowledge of LA to make your references. I think the main thing you need to focus on is being more tenacious, there are people on this site saying things like "haha, your brother died" and while I think that's going overboard you're saying things like "I gave you props on a verse", it just doesn't correlate, your approach needs to be "fuck this guy, he's fucking shit" and that didn't really come across.

Ultimately Concrete had harder, more impactful battle verse and that's the reason he gets my vote.

Vote = Concrete
