CRITERIA FOR CANDIDATES

This is not about the man, this is about the work. This is about the best Open Mic produced in the relevant month.

The consistency or elevation of the author can be a factor in your decision, but it should not be main factor. The work it's self should stand out on it's own merits.

RULES FOR VOTING/POSTING
  • All votes must be accompanied by an explanation (can be short)
  • Reasons for voting must be relevant
  • Voters must have been reasonably active during the month
  • You can't vote for yourself
  • No bitching, if so you just ruin your chances of inclusion

Voting will last for two weeks from this post.

My bad - all I saw was that it was dropped recently, thought it was this year. I'll have to reconsider then I suppose lol
 
Out of curiosity, did that win open mic of the month when it was released? Piece is seriously incredible.

It belongs in the hall of fame. I don't know if the OM of the month was going at that time but there should be an archive in the hall of fame section

Anyways mvgt exoduzt's nobodies perfect. i thought this was a really strong piece and wish he'd spend less time working for sea men and more time writing.
