Against better judgement we decided not to ban Smoothtung for the most recent incident. This is not because we don't believe the accusations or want to give him a preferential treatment (see the Zin ban) but because we believe being exposed as a biter (for the umptheenth time) is enough punishment. He's also been removed from the tournament by iLL.
We're convinced that no one will want to battle him and every future drop will be met with severe skepticism.
While his explanation has a bit of merit to some degree, plagiarizing your own material in a tourney is a no no. Even if the entire website is designed around refining your work. If we'd all post the same material in different styles it would grow stale real quick.
Note that not banning you does not mean you can not be banned, we just feel this is enough punishment for now.
