   OK, as some of you know I've been awol a couple days, long-story, not on-topic here. But anyway I've been thinking about the crew and the way it's heading, and I agree with a lot of what Dal's saying. However, I started this crew for a reason and I'm not about to see it fall apart. To that end we're going to "start from scratch,"  I've removed the more inactive members (like King D who never posted) and we've got some great new recruits in Cheeseburger Eddie and Chekk. 
So this is it, cards on the table time.

I want this crew to be active and to put out "quality music."  That's the focus. 

So new rules will be in effect. As I'm sure you know, I'm mad busy anyway and I don't need to be wasting my time on non-starters or people who aren't in this for the long-haul or looking to be professionals some day. So here are the rules:

No more "free posting" of tracks into AM. As the crew for feed, help and production (from me prolly) if yours isn't up to scratch, - break this rule and you instantly get removed from the crew.

Learn to be fucking patient. The reason some of you are posting shit, under-performed trash is because you're in a hurry to get your props. It's pathetic, either slow down and do it right or fuck off.

Stop publicly acting like an expert when you're not one: Mission this is almost entirely aimed at you. Frankly, you're the WORST I've ever encountered in terms of vocal production skills, let's not forget that you were clipping your voice into a  frickin sine wave ffs. Basically, focus on your own shit and stop acting like an expert, you're not even good enough to qualify as "amateur" yet, and I mean this.

Drop the "props whoring." Basically I want people who're looking to express themselves NOT "impress people."  If that's what you're here for then this crew isnt for you.

Stop pre-planning your projects. Frankly, alot of you are making yourself look silly a lot of the time "my album is coming" "my album is delayed" "It's cancelled" "Different project."  It's retarded. Everytime you do that in public you're also harming the crew's credibility.

OK so moving forward. Everyone needs to get hold of Skype if they don't already have it. We will be conducting most of the "crew stuff" there from now on as it's much more convenient than me having to pm, email or anything else. I'll talk to everyone individually, but if people don't want to follow the rules then please leave the crew, I have no time for you.
