I'm cool with Stalin, but my original opinion was "rules are rules", so it'd of been a clear N.

But I decided to do some checking and saw Stalins acceptance post was, and I quote:

So to me, that means beans (or beqns?) drops first. Waiting until 5hrs AFTER the deadline has expired is a clear and blatant bitch move on your part beans. Yes the rules technically allow it, but you are still a bitch made faggot for pulling that move and you cannot spin it in your favour no matter how hard you try.

Stalin, site rules are minimum 48hrs, you were a mod, you should of known this. No matter if the deadline is 1hr or "due tonight" it makes no bit of difference, the battle wont go to NML until 48hrs have past. (though, obviously you can both drop in 5 minutes if it takes your fancy). You also didn't flag up beans droppin first or the deadline (despite it being moot anyway)  sooner.


This is why the rules encourage you to clearly agree the rules before the battle. They should also be posted in the first post. Better communication would of prevented this situation.



Basically you are both idiots. Since I think you are both equally to blame for this fucked up mess, Stalin can have the extra 24hrs Beans kindly gave him, if he doesn't show then he gets an N.



This complete and utter bullshit of waiting till the last second before you drop your verse has to stop. If I do not see a decrease in this shockingly bad practice, there will be rules put in place to prevent such faggoty. This is a genuine warning.

If you are going to battle again, I would catch up on the rules. There is now a maximum deadline as well as a minimum deadline.
