There's no such thing as 'the best rapper' it's all opinionated and will only cause arguments when people dont agree with someone's choice

....this is the most polite version of this discussion i've ever heard....
all i really have to say is that D.king's hip hop credibility was instantly shot to crap when he didn't know Big L was dead...and then was piled upon when he didnt know how people release postmortem albums....i'm sorry kid.....but what the fuck?
and personally...Nas said it on Ether...."who's the best? Pac, Nas and BIG."....i'd also give Common Eminem and Rakim mention in the same sentance....but its w/e....

How are yall forgettin Talib Kweli??? Big Pun??? KRS??? Kool G??? BDK??? and dont forget will smitch big willie style on u bitches. D. kings hip hop credibility was shot to crap when he expressed his opinion of ludacris bein the best rapper. If they had to be alive it'd either be Common or Kweli, if not L or Pun

you would like Imortal Technique and Jedi Mind Tricks.... why do you like them??? 5 bucks says because you heard from a friend thats what was the cool thing to do.. .listen to underground hip-hop... if you want some good shit like that... listen to Jurassic 5... but id prefer you to find some music for yourself and form your own taste in music... and not be so damn cliche... but to the topic at hand... i was appalled when D. King didnt know Big L was dead... not soo much that he said Luda is the best... cuz he is good, consistant, and hes got that "featuring" power... anything "featuring" luda is ILL and an instant hit... i would agree with stalin... common, mos def, and talib kweli get overlooked sooo much... they are rediculously ill... just listen to the blackstar album... sick... of course jay-z and nas are good choices.. and eminem prior to say.... 2005... all he is now is a gimmick and a cheesy pop artist... makin hip-POP biggie and pac, big L.. blah blah blah all those other old school guys you could mention |
