No offense, I just don't see a better Duo than Me and CHAIN. Ikon and Smoothy will run us close, I think, Cuba and Cal also deadly, but the rest are dust. Lets go...

I must say though, that I'm shocked no one has voted for ikon and smooth. They have a chance. Nep is good, but I haven't seen much from Chain as far as battles go. I might have to read these, cause it might get interesting.
